During the trial you have full access to all features, which means you can use Bannerwise without any limits, and can also experience the best support we have to offer.
How many ads can I publish during my trial?
You can download one full, non-dynamic, ad set during the trial. After your trial ends, you will be able to continue using your exported ad set.
How does the free 7-day trial work?
When you sign up, you instantly get access to our Professional plan for 7 days. You will receive an email when your trial is about to expire. You can select a plan and pay by credit card to continue using Bannerwise. If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended.
Do I need a team to use Bannerwise?
Bannerwise is designed to work for both individuals and teams. In our experience, clients get the most value from Bannerwise when their designer and marketer collaborate.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can easily cancel your subscription from your account. After cancellation you’ll still have access to all the features until the end of your billing cycle.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
Our subscriptions can be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro. We can also issue an invoice and accept payment via bank transfer. If your organization prefers a different payment method than credit card or invoice, please contact us at hello@bannerwise.com to arrange an alternative payment method.
Are annual plans or annual commitments discounted?
All our plans are annual. You have the option to choose between yearly or monthly payments. If you choose yearly payments, you’ll receive one month free. Your plan will renew each year on your renewal date unless you cancel your subscription.
